All Converse shoes are 100% authentic from Converse or authorized retail sellers. Shoes are not returnable once they are customized. So please make sure you order the correct size. Shoes can be made with different color crystals and different size.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for shoes to be shipped after purchase as the shoes are handmade. If your order needs to be rushed, please send us an email at kreativegiftsco@outlook.com with the relevant dates and add our "Rush My Order" fee to your cart.
